San Clemente House Remodel

Project Details

A complete house remodel in San Clemente, taken from bare walls to final trim. The scope covered a new panel replacement, all new wiring throughout the home, and the full lighting package — recessed cans laid out room by room, linear pendants over the kitchen island, globe pendants at the nook, ceiling fans in the living spaces, surface mounts through the halls and service areas, and exterior sconces along the deck. We set the outlets and switching for the fireplace wall and built-ins, trimmed out every device, and installed an EV charger for the homeowner. Because the house opens to an ocean view across most of the rear elevation, the lighting plan was built to stay out of the way during the day and carry the rooms on their own after sunset.
