200 Amp Panel Upgrade
A 100-amp service replaced with a new 200-amp panel and meter main — handled start to finish, including permits, the Edison disconnect and reconnect, and stucco repair color matched back to the wall.
Project Details
This home was still on its original 100-amp service. The enclosure had rusted through, the bus was full, and there was no capacity left for the loads the homeowner wanted to add. We replaced it with a new 200-amp panel and meter main. The job was handled start to finish: we pulled the permits, coordinated the meter spot, and scheduled the disconnect and reconnect with Edison so the home was without power for as little time as possible. Every existing circuit was re-landed and labeled on the new bus. What usually separates a finished panel upgrade from an unfinished one is the wall around it — so once the panel was set and inspected, we patched the stucco, matched the texture, and painted it back to the original color. The last photo in this set is the finished wall.
